Silk Screens by Moiko

As you may know Moiko  produces a vast range of ready to use A7 silk screens - you can see her selection here
Now, however, you can buy custom made silk screens directly from her.   Below is an example that I commissioned.  I sent her a A4 image of my logo and she transferred it onto a silk screen.   The process is quite complicated so a screen will cost you 30 euros paid directly to Gosia at Moiko.

Details

If you choose to commission a silk screen, here are the important details:
1. Images must be black and white (shades of grey are not acceptable).
2. Images must be positive, i.e. the black lines/marks/text on your image constitutes the parts which will be printed.
3. Please note that images with large areas of SOLID BLACK are not suitable.
4. Screens are A7 format which is 74x105mm (minus the 5mm margin on each side) - please, take it into account when you will be designing your screen.
4. Digital images should be of high resolution - ideally 300dpi, JPEG or PDF.
5. Copyright - if you wish to use an artwork which is not your own, please make sure that it is copyright-free or that you have permission to use it.
You can send directly to Gosia at the email address: contactATmoikosilkscreens.com
(substitute @ for the AT) sending your image, or to ask further questions.
