There are now lots of polymer clay groups around the Uk - and there is an international Association. Here are some of them:

You can join this Association from the UK and join in the activities albeit at a distance.
British Polymer Clay Guild www.bpcg.org.uk This Guild has been established for 15 years and has most of its meetings in central England, in Lichfield.
London Polymer Clay Group http://www.lpcg.co.uk/ This is a large and thriving group which has been in existence for 5 years. It is well worth attempting to get to this group if you are a keen clayer.
